Mrs. Greenberg, MLS — Library Media Specialist
Karin Greenberg graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A. in English Literature in 1991. After working at Seventeen Magazine for a few years, she earned a dual M.A. in English Literature and Education from Hunter College, CUNY, and taught English at Park East Day School in Manhattan and I.S. 383 in Bushwick, Brooklyn. When her first son was born in 1996, she began working from home, writing feature articles and book reviews for Woodbury Magazine, blogging on Open Salon, teaching creative writing classes, and tutoring English. In 2013 Mrs. Greenberg started working as an ELA substitute/leave replacement at Half Hollow Hills High School West, where she also served as a college essay consultant. In 2015 she entered the Graduate School of Library and Information Studies at Queens College, CUNY, and earned her Master of Library Science in May, 2017.
