Working Papers
WORKING PAPERS INFORMATION
If you are going to be picking up working papers during summer hours, please call us to schedule an appointment.
Working papers are required for everyone ages 14-17 years of age for all types of employment.
Before working papers can be issued, please review the list of required documentation below and complete the application for employment form AT-17 (see below). The completed documents need to be emailed to WORKINGPAPERS@manhassetschools.org.
- AT-17 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE
- Please note PART 1: parent/guardian must sign
- Copy of birth certificate, passport, state issued photo ID, or driver’s license must be attached
- A CURRENT NYS Physical Form
